Chair Yoga

Chair yoga provides a foundation for health by developing self-observation. This class uses gentle movement to increase flexibility, gain strength, and teach breathing techniques to promote relaxation and manage common chronic conditions including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes.

Schedule

Classes are held each Monday and Wednesday from 11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. at our Move IT Office (2090 Executive Hall Road, Suite 170, Charleston, SC 29407).
