Meet Sampson (right), our Top Dog Mascot for 2013! He is a happy, 6-year old Cocker mix. Winning the “Vice Top Dog” spot is Abbey, a 2-year-old English Springer Spaniel. Abbey will step in if Sampson is unable to attend a pet-related event or appearance. The reigns of these special canines officially begin in April, so look for Sampson and Abbey at your county dog parks!
