Who can climb?

Anyone can climb who wants to.  Instruction, equipment, and belayers are available, so all you need to do is climb and have fun!

What do I need to know to climb?

Our experienced will provide all the information you need to get started, even if you’ve never tried climbing before!

What is a belay test?

The belay test is required prior to belaying other climbers, and is for experienced competent belayers.  We provide belayers so you can still climb until you have the experience needed to pass the belay test.

Do I need to take a class to climb?

You do not need to take a class to climb, however if you want improve your skills, or learn how to belay, we do offer regular classes.

Can I rappel from the Wall?

No, the Climbing Wall is not set up for rappelling.  We do offer programs in which you can learn to rappel.  Contact us for more information.

Where can I climb on natural rock?

Most locals go to North Carolina to experience climbing on natural rock.  We offer trips to both Pilot Mountain and Crowder’s Mountain State Parks.
