Group visits to a water playground like Splash Zone Waterpark at James Island County Park are great for a full-day outing for churches, schools, companies, and other organizations.  Have a birthday party, entertain your clients, say thank you to your employees, or enjoy a relaxing setting for your family reunion.

Splash Hut Rental

§         Splash Huts allow everyone to relax and enjoy lunch before jumping back into the water.

§         Huts can be reserved for $25. 

§         Groups must reserve a hut at least 48 hours in advance. The open-air hut is 16’ x 16’ with a canvas roof and is located in a shaded picnic area.  It includes 2 picnic tables and can seat up to 16 people at a time.

§         Splash Huts are for groups of up to 50 people.

Group Food Option 1:  Lunch On Your Own

§         Groups are welcome to bring their own bag lunches into James Island County Park, but not inside Splash Zone.  You will need to leave your lunches in your vehicles and then exit the waterpark to have your lunch in one of our many shaded and convenient picnic locations.

§         Groups may also individually purchase food or ice cream from one of several food stands located inside the waterpark.

Group Food Option 2:  Splash Zone Lunch Combos*

§         This option is only available with the reservation of a Splash Zone Party Hut.

§         Groups can pre-order lunches ($4.75 each plus tax) to be delivered to their hut at a designated time (minimum of 10 lunch plates).

§         Choose from chicken fingers, a hot dog, a corn dog, or a grilled cheese sandwich. Each meal includes fries or a fruit cup and a small drink.

§         Initial 10 lunch plates must be paid for in advance. 

Splash Zone Birthday Cakes*

§         This option is only available with the reservation of a Splash Zone Party Hut.

§         Groups may bring their own cake and/or ice cream to celebrate a special occasion.

§         Group will need to provide all necessary paper products.

§         Cakes and/or ice cream must be in a paper or plastic container. No glass allowed!

§         Cakes and ice cream can be stored by park staff until the group is ready for them.

Cancellations

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation and all tickets are returned, you will be eligible for a full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be granted without the return of all purchased tickets.
