The Nature Stewardship Fund is focused on preserving, protecting and managing the natural resources throughout the Charleston County Park system for the enjoyment and benefit of the citizens of the Lowcountry for years to come. A donation may honor the birth of a child, express sympathy upon the death of friends or relatives, or celebrate a milestone in a loved one's life. For each contribution, a card representing the occasion is mailed to notify the recipient family of the gift.
There are many wonderful occasions to celebrate and cherish the ones we love - from a birth, to an anniversary, to honoring a dear one's memory. These milestones can be remembered forever at the Charleston County Parks Foundation's Giving Tree, an outdoor art installation located in the natural beauty of Old Towne Creek County Park. (Scheduled to open mid-2025). We welcome you to purchase a custom engraved leaf or other adornments to recognize those you love while supporting the mission of the Foundation.
We reserve the right to use photos or videos taken of visitors at our facilities or during our events and programs for publicity purposes. Always lock your vehicles and remove valuables from view, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property. Fees and hours are subject to change.
