    Yoga Walk

    Reconnect with your mind and body during this relaxing, rejuvenating yoga walk. The repetitive rhythm of linking breath with your stride will invoke focus and presence. Stressful thoughts, worry, and negativity will softly fade away. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
    Ages 12 & up. 

    Bring your own filled water bottle. Due to COVID19 restrictions, the number of participants will be limited to 5 per class, and social distancing will be practiced. CDC guidelines are expected to be followed by participants. Please do not come if you are sick. Wash your hands frequently. Maintain 6 feet of space from each other. Masks are optional.
