Earth Explorers: I Lava Volcanoes

You will "lava" volcanoes after this program! While you won't spot an active volcano in South Carolina today, the Lowcountry can experience impacts from volcanoes worldwide. Learn about different types of volcanoes, the significance of eruptions, and how scientists study these powerful geologic forces.

Ages 7-12. One chaperone per registered child required to attend but not to required to register. Chaperones are not required to accompany child during program but must stay in the park for the duration of the program. Non-registered children may not attend this program.
