Favorite Places to Recreate (Bike, Climb, Paddle)

Anywhere with a beautiful view—mountains, lakes, beaches, parks

My love for the outdoors started on my family farm in Dawsonville, GA and continued throughout my adolescence as I attended Camp Greystone, an all-girls’ camp in NC, every summer until my senior year of high school. I attended Wofford College and returned to Camp Greystone every summer during my undergraduate studies to serve as a counselor and the head of the riflery and hiking department. After graduating college in 2017, I moved to Charleston where I taught high school English at West Ashley for five years and coached the Cross-Country team for two years. This is my first year on staff with Charleston County Parks, and I am looking forward to all the fun and memories this summer is bound to create!
