James “Collin” Bruner was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee. He graduated from Indiana University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Parks and Recreation Administration. Prior to his 15 years in Charleston, Collin lived and worked in Jackson, Wyoming. Collin is the Senior Vice President of Information and Technology for Sentry Management, Inc., a national homeowner association management company. Collin serves on the Legislative Action Committee for the SC Chapter of the Community Association Institute. He resides on James Island with his wife, Austin, two daughters, two dogs, a cat, and a turtle. They enjoy outings in the local parks, beaches, and waterways of the Lowcountry.
