Full-Time Employees
- 100% of the premium paid towards Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance for the employee

All employees are further entitled to receive certain discounts and privileges when carrying the Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission Employee identification card:
- Free park and facility admission
- 20% discount on food and beverage items purchased in the snack bar
- 20% discount on souvenirs at all county parks including the Folly Beach Pier and the Mount Pleasant Pier
- The use of 2 chairs and one umbrella free of charge at the beach parks
- The use of 2 bicycles and one boat and employee admission to the waterparks at James Island County Park, Mount Pleasant Palmetto Islands County Park, and the North Charleston Wannamaker County Park
Reciprocal Admission Pass Agreement
Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission and a group of area attractions honor a Reciprocal Pass Agreement. By presenting your Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission ID card, you and one guest only can be admitted at no charge to participating attractions.
