Accessibility at Caw Caw Interpretive Center

The Charleston County Park & Recreation Commission invites people with disabilities to experience our programs, services, trails and facilities to discover how our 11,000+ acres of parkland can enrich their lives. We strive to go beyond compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) to provide opportunities for recreation, physical and emotional well-being, and peaceful respite.

Based in Hartsville, SC, Waymaker Offroad Wheelchairs is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people with mobility impairments enjoy outdoor experiences with independence.

Reserve a Waymaker Offroad Wheelchair

Visit the Waymaker Offroad Wheelchairs website to reserve the chair. Then take your confirmation email to the park office to pick up the chair. Reservations do not include park admission.
